Washington Mutual Sucks (and other banks i'm sure)

Washington Mutual won't cash Two party checks ! Can you believe this? What are they a Bank or a Grocery Store ? Are there other banks that are implementing these types of policies? I'm such a huge proponent of legislatively forcing banks and gas stations to provide services that i should never really call myself a libertarian.

It seems that it is not just washington mutual. Further investigation has discovered that this is more likely the rule these days, rather than the exception.
